JULES is our producer and production manager. He loves finding the beating heart of a brief and satisfying every stakeholder in a project. When appropriate, he relishes closing down major roads and hiring bizarre equipment, performing animals and stuntmen, for art's sake of course, and has a 100% award scoop record. The latest was a Special Mention at the 2010 Berlin Film Festival with 'Indigo' and the first was a 1999 Fujifilm Scholarship Award for his screenwriting, which also won Best Film and many other awards at the BAFTA ceremony. He's also written drama for BBC Radio and features for weekend glossies, as well as copy for print and TV. Although his turntables are currently covered in nappies, and his gargantuan record collection bound by luggage straps in a vain attempt to ward off exploring little hands, he still drops a sizzling funk set.

DUNCAN writes, produces and directs, specialising in corporate films and complex multimedia projects. He started as a video editor in advertising, cutting numerous TV spots and promos for Neil Morrisey's Tangent TV. Previous clients include American Express, Lloyds TSB, Manchester United and Rolls Royce, as well as conference, educational and bid films for Greenwich, Islington, Liverpool, Manchester and Monmouthshire. He created an interactive sustainable development training programme for Willmott Dixon, which was instrumental in them reaching 3rd in The Times Top 100 Green Companies. He directed Labour's 2006 party political broadcast 'Britain Is Moving', and has filmed a number of high profile names including Sir Patrick Stewart and Gordon Brown. He has shot in schools, prisons and hospitals throughout the UK and has a particular talent for directing those not used to being on screen. By night Duncan performs stand-up comedy across the UK circuit.

ANDREAS started out as an editor and has cut documentaries, drama and commercials for most major broadcasters. His vast experience of high end programming makes him our editing supremo and head of post production. He quickly began directing, specialising in documentary style programming, covering a wide range of subjects from science and politics to music and fashion. Andreas loves making stuff; whether cobbling a film or a story together, he's never happier than when lost in the throes of creative passion. His creative ambitions are matched only by his fierce competitive streak. As a young tennis hopeful in his native Sweden, he spent his youth dreaming of the green grass at Wimbledon. Where others see limitation, Andreas sees possibility, which is why he doesn't consider a beer gut and 35 years under his belt an obstacle to one day lifting the trophy at SW19.

DAVID, our creative director and commercials director, knows that great ideas should be the foundation of every shoot. He likes to combine in camera tricks with great narrative to create eye catching and elegantly crafted films that bring quality and style to communication and branding. He believes in creating work that pushes boundaries and expectations of both the client and target audience. He arrived at directing via graphic design and motion graphics and elements of both are prevalent in his work. He is also a published writer and photographer and in 2007 won an award for a documentary made for BBC Radio 4. His latest achievement was winning the Promax Charity challenge 2009, the result of which was to devise and direct a 60 second commercial for Nike's Homeless World Cup. Pity his latest entrepreneurial endeavour, a Chinese manufactured 'Walbum' (it's a...wall album), isn't such a winner.
